Esfandyar Batmanghelidj
Chief Strategy Officer
Esfandyar Batmanghelidj is an experienced communications professional focused on emerging markets. He combines media relations know-how with a proven track record in commercial strategy and marketing
Esfandyar is also the founder of the Bourse & Bazaar Foundation, a think tank focused on the economies of the Middle East and Central Asia. He is also an Adjunct Professor at John Hopkins SAIS, where he teaches on sanctions. Between 2018-2020, he was a columnist for Bloomberg Opinion, where he wrote about Middle Eastern economics.
Previously he was account director at Tancredi, a boutique corporate communications firm based in London. At Tancredi, Esfandyar developed strategic communications plans for Posteitaliane and managed CEO communications for Sedco Capital, one of the Middle East’s leading asset managers, among other clients.
Esfandyar began his career as the business development and marketing communications director of a $30m funded education-technology company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Middle Eastern studies from Columbia University and an executive master’s in public administration from the London School of Economics.

Dinara Dultaeva
Chief Executive Officer
Dinara Dultaeva is one of Uzbekistan’s leading communications professionals. Before co-founding DNA, she founded Dinara&Co, an agency and publishing house that has helped many of Uzbekistan’s leading companies achieve their communications goals.
She is a founder and Editor-in-Chief of Visit Uzbekistan magazine, the first travel magazine to promote the country’s investment and touristic potential. She was also the publisher of 10 Reasons to Visit Uzbekistan, which was launched in London and earned a letter of appreciation from HM Queen Elizabeth II.
In 2018, she was chairperson of the National PR Centre, a government body established by the State Committee of Tourism Development to promote the global image of Uzbekistan.
Previously, Dinara began her career as an intern at the Presidential Press Office. Subsequently, she worked as part of the media relations office of the Cabinet of Ministers, Central Election Committee. Between 2008 and 2013, she was spokesperson of the country’s largest arts and cultural foundation.
Dinara received her degree in journalism from Cardiff University after being awarded a Chevening Scholarship.
